A little bit about me:

4 Years ago I decided to take a leap and invest in myself and pursue a passion of mine in the health and fitness industry. 

 

Since qualifiying I have been working with some amazing people! I feel extremely lucky to be able to help influence a positive change and watch people achieve more than they thought they were capable of. 

 

Due to my own health struggles I have a great understanding that sometimes it’s not as simple as: ‘move more, eat less!’ and this is why I offer a holistic approach to take into account you as a whole.

 

Often in consultations I hear that people have attempted to incorporate a lifestyle change previously but have not been able to keep this up. 

 

Or they feel too intimidated in gyms or classes to sign up. 

 

I believe it is my job as a personal trainer to equip you with the knowledge to be able to walk into a gym and feel at home with the exercises you are about to perform. 

 

Not only this but we will work towards making it part of your routine so that you will be able to benefit physically and mentally.
